With another amazing win I think Jose Aldo can be considered one of the best pound for pound fighters in the world. Of course I already considered him one of the best P4P before tonight but with another devastating and brutal knockout over top contender Manny Gamburyan it just puts Aldo's name that much closer to Georges St-Pierre's and Anderson Silva's legacy on my P4P list.

Would people consider Aldo already better than Silva P4P? I can see a small argument there but I say Aldo needs a few more big wins before that happens. As of now, he's going to have to settle for 3rd place on my best "Pound for Pound" fighters list

Oh yeah, did I mention? Zhang Tie Quan won tonight too! He's the first Chinese UFC/WEC fighter I've ever seen fighting and he won via submission. Very nice Zhang, representing the China-men around the world very well.

We have "The Dominican Demon", "The Mexicutioner", and "The Super Samoan" on this card. Too bad we only have Melvin "The Young Assassin" Guillard and not Sokoudjou aka "The African Assassin". That would be an even more stacked card with ethnic names!

Frank Mir vs. Mirko "CroCop"
I have Mir winning this via tapout. I see him knocking down CroCop and going for the submission win just like he did to Kongo. Of course he can get the TKO or submission if he gets CroCop down but from looking at the rest of the card, I see it easier to get a submission of the night award than knockout of the night.

Ryan Bader Vs. Lil Nog
Bader takes this. I just see his brute strength being too much for Lil Nog to handle on the feet and on the floor. Maybe Bader vs. Jon Jones after this? That would be an epic battle of the 2 biggest rising stars of 205.

Also, I hope Melvin Guillard knocks Jeremy Stephens out cold. I'm a fan of Guillard and his KO power.

UFC 118: MMA vs. Boxing

Couture vs. Toney is being portrayed as a MMA vs Boxing match but I see it more as an oldschool brawl like the early days of the UFC. Just like how Royce Gracie vs. Ken Shamrock was a wrestling vs. jiu-jitsu match, this is much the same. Its a wrestler vs. a boxer.

I'm not going to lie. The fights probably going to be boringggg. Couture will do what he does best and push Toney on the cage in the clinch and then when there's an opening he will go for the double leg takedown. It will be a submission win if we're lucky, but it will probably end up in an unanimous decision for couture.

When you put a boxer like Toney who's trained in MMA for what? 13 month? Vs. a wrestler like Couture who's been in MMA for 13 years! The wrestler will win 9/10 times.

The tap heard around the world!

Some people want to see Silva vs. Sonnen 2 immediately and I totally understand where they are coming from. Sonnen dominated (brutaly dominated) the entire fight. Just take down after take down. And the 1 time Silva got the take down in the 4th round! Sonnen reversed it and ended up on top.

An immediate Sonnen vs. Silva 2 should NOT happen. Immediate rematches should only be done when there is a controversial judges decision: Machida/Shogun 1. It wouldn't be the right move in the long run. This isn't boxing where you only see the same names headlining the main events over and over again. This is the UFC! Where they bring new blood and welcome new challengers. Sure, if a rematch is made Sonnen will talk trash (probably more) and hype the fight even bigger than this one, and a whole lot of people will probably buy the PPV, and good old Dana will probably make a lot of $$. But in order to keep the UFC's reputation of constantly creating new stars Dana/ Joe Silva just has to let this one go.

Silva cracked his ribs in the 1st round and said he will be out until early 2011. He needs to concentrate on helping the Nogueira bothers on their upcoming fights and after that passes he wants to go back to Brazil and spend time with his family.

This is what I want to see: Chael Sonnen vs. Vitor Belfort for the #1 contender spot in November. If Sonnen wins, great, make a Silva vs. Sonnen 2. If Vitor wins, great, that was the matchup the UFC originally planned last year. Its a win/win situation!

Roger Huerta's Street Brawl

Apparently Roger Huerta got into a fight last week and he knocked out some random dude. One thing that irritates me about this story is how CBS and TMZ have headlines like "UFC fighter gets into Brawl". 1st off, Huerta is no longer in the UFC, he's in Bellator. 2nd he knocked this guy out because the guy hit a girl first. And I know what you guys are thinking, don't worry, the girl that got punched by the guy wasn't Snooki. Huerta should be a hero but the media has the idea that all MMA fighters are blood thirsty street fighters. With the exception of Kimbo Slice.... but who out there can really call him a mixed martial artist?

Noticed I used the term MMA fighters instead of UFC fighters? It's annoying when people think UFC is a sport. No! UFC is a company, its a league. You don't call up your friend and go like "Hey do you want to play some NBA?" No! You go "Hey do you want to play some basketball?" Not all MMA fights are in the UFC, the UFC is just the highest stage of the world for mixed martial arts competition.

So please remember: UFC is a league NOT a sport, Most MMA fighters are professional with a few bad apples like Paul Daley, Roger Huerta is a BAMF not a street fighter!

This story doesn't really shock me. Roger Huerta or not, if a guy punches a girl he's probably going to get his ass kicked. The only thing that shocked me is that this street fight wasn't in this season's Jersey Shore.

UFC 117: Brazil vs. USA

The entire main card is stacked with Brazilians vs. Americans @ UFC 117! I'm sorry America, I see Brazil winning this one. My picks are: Silva, Alves, Almeida, Guida. 3/4 advantage Brazil. I didn't include Junior Dos Santos vs. Roy Nelson in the prediction because I'm on the fence about that fight.

Anderson Silva vs. Chael Sonnen
Hats off to Chael Sonnen because he made me actually want to see this fight. After Silva's performance against Demian Maia, most fans were disappointed, but Chael Sonnen's shit talk made us want to see the P4P king pin back in the cage to silence his new opponent. And when I say shit talk I do mean a whole lot of shit talk.

He said something on the line of this:
-"I don't do that whole Jiu-Jitsu bullshit because I find it gay for a guy to be in my guard"-
Okay fine, fair enough. We all have our own opinions. BUT WAIT! Wasn't Sonnen a Division I All-American wrestler?? And isn't the whole objective of wrestling is to grab your opponent's legs and drag them to the ground so you are on top of them? So uhh if Jiu-Jitsu is gay... you're homo.

I can go on for hours of how Chael talks trash but we would be here forever. Here is 1 of the few lines he said that was actually funny: "[Silva] doesn’t come from a bowing culture. If you bow in Brazil, they’ll hit you over your head, take your wallet and walk off laughing." - Chael Sonnen

I'm giving this fight to Silva via KO. I hope its the Anderson we saw vs. Forrest Griffen and not the Anderson we saw against Thales Leites in the cage come August 7th.

Does Chael Sonnen stand a chance?
- Its MMA, everyone has a chance. No one thought Fedor would ever lose but here we are with the Last Emperor off his pedestal. The only way I see Sonnen winning is if Silva loses (no duh). What I mean by that is Chael can only win if Silva comes in not @ 100%. If he comes in out of shape, that's probably not a good idea when Sonnen is across the cage from him. This is a extremely slim chance. The only reason I think it will go past the first round is because I think Silva will allow it to go past 5 minutes. He wants to beat up Sonnen, not just just a win over him.

If Brandon Vera has taught us anything its that you should never hype up a fighter before he has proven himself worthy within the top 10 in their weight class. But you know what? I don't care. Jon Jones is the future @ 205. I say he's going to be a champion within 15 months. I would actually say within a year but with Shogun sidelined for another 8 months, and with Rashad being the #1 contender, that's an ambitious goal.

Lets say Jones wins against Vladimir Matyushenko, then I would give him a top 10 fighter. Perhaps the loser of Machida/Rampage? Or if Dana doesn't think he's ready for either fighter, the winner of Lil Nog/ Bader would be a great matchup too.

I guess I'm getting way ahead of myself here seeing that Jones has to get past Vladimir tonight on Versus.

The future of the NBA shifted in just seconds when Lebron James told the world he was going to join the Miami Heat next year. The 2nd greatest assembled “Big 3" All-Star cast the league as ever seen is now upon us! (The best trio would be Wilt Chamberlain, Jerry West and Elgin Baylor in the 1968-69 season). Wade and Bosh would have been a strong duo, but add on the 2 time MVP player named Lebron James and that brings the team to a whole new level.

As amazing as those 3 players are, I just don’t see them winning a championship. When Boston created their version of “The Big Three” they also had a rising PG named Ranjo Rando. Oh yeah did I mention? They also had something called a bench! Who else does Miami currently have? Only Mario Chalmers and Michael Beasley… The Heat are only going to have about $16million left for 11 spots on the roster. That’s not much wiggle room for a supporting cast. But hey, if all else goes wrong, maybe Lebron, Wade, and Bosh can win the championship all by themselves.

You know what really pisses me off? Now when I play NBA 2K11 online, everyone is going to want to pick Miami. Lame >_>

All I can say now is GO KOBE! Crush them next year.

Fifa finals - Spain vs. Netherlands

Okay, they may not be in the finals but I'm still an Argentina fan.

Spain (Jeffrey) vs. Netherlands (Canny). What a match that’s going to be on Sunday. Not the teams I was expecting at the finals, but hey, that’s the World Cup for you. It’s funny because when we were all picking teams for out football pool they both picked Argentina to win with me. And after they realized that, Canny chose Netherlands and Jeffrey chose Spain. I guess this just shows you I’m not a huge football fan. Well, at least I know enough to call it football rather than soccer.

Sorry Canny, but I’m cheering for Spain in the finals. Not to go against you but I’m choosing Spain because the its team reminds me of the Canadian 2010 Olympic hockey team.

1) They were the odds on favourite to win the tournament before the World Cup began but they lost to Switzerland in the group rounds, just like Team Canada was the favourite to win Gold but lost to the US in the beginning round.

2) The Spanish team has come back to win every single game after the loss and looked stronger each time they took the field, just like Team Canada did against Germany and Russia in the Winter Games.

3) The Netherlands are like Team USA in the Olympics. No one really expected them to make it to the finals, let alone win every single game they played.

I love to watch teams bounce back from adversary because it brings out the true champions. I respect the Netherlands going for a perfect run in the World Cup but my money is on Spain.

Weekends - Diamond on a Landmine

This is going to be a long post. 1st off. I'M 19!!!11 Fun time at Demetres(sp?) gaining 10pounds from this sundae, but it was very worth it. Tasted so good. Thanks for the people who came, I know I switched places last second but I knew my closest friends wouldn't mind =). After dessert Canny, Jon, Xin, and I went back to my place to drink the champaign I bought. Too bad Jenny, Lisa, Karen, and Matthew had to go home, the champaign was SOO good!! (Not really, it had a weird after taste).Saturday was a tiring but decently fun day. I went to my uncle's store in Mississauga for the Italian Festival. I was so sad that day because Argentina lost in the World Cup>< style="text-align: center;">Look at all the drinks we made!!

On Sunday I was planning to just stay home because it was so hot outside. Plus, my body was really soar from working on Saturday too. BUT as always, plans changed and some how I ended going to Jeffrey Cai's house for some poker. Oh yeah, and we soaked Alex in champaign since it was his Bday.

On Monday the power went out at my work area so my boss just told me to go home. The traffic was horrible. Traffic + extreme heat = alot of cars honking. Thats why his guy is the BAMF of the day. He random runs on to the middle of the streets and starts directing traffic. A part of me thinks thats illegal.... but who cares, he helped the situation!As I was almost to Union station there was a crowd of people surrounding The Royal York Hotel with Mounties at the doors. People were saying it was the Queen and I was thinking "Argghh should I miss my train to see the Queen?? Hell yes! When the heck am I going to get another chance to see her majesty??" But then.... it was just Harper.... >___> Every one was like "WHAT?? Just Harper? Aww lets go." I missed my train for Harper?? Not worth it!Well that's pretty much what happened to me this past weekend. I didn't get much sleep but it was definitely fun. I would have mentioned about going to the bar to watch UFC 116 but I had a horrible time there >_>. Horrible service, horrible customers.

Oh, and also, Thanks Canny for helping me know the times for the Go Train yesterday.

Taste of Asia 2010

I didn't have work on Friday, thank you G20, the only thing you are good for is making me skip work. When Jon and I left the gym on Friday we saw Lisa and she said she had to walk home. So I was kind enough to lend her my bike while I jogged.Jonathan and I went to see Bosco, Vivien, and Grace at Splendid China after and I have to say, it was pretty boring. And wth was Bosco wearing? A poncho?

Then it was finally Taste of Asia on Saturday but Bosco took forever to come out. And when he pulled something out of R.Kelly's books and brought a girl on to the stage. I guess he didn't have many girls to choose from....Who said Bosco is gay? Not meAfter TOA we were all starving and we went to go KBBQ. The best highlight of the weekend has to be when Jonathan randomly opened the window in the car and shouted "YOU'RE UGLY!!" out at the most random people. Its more funny coming from him because you just don't expect it.After KBBQ we went to Matthew's house to play a bit of MJ. We barely played because we were all so tired.
Lisa do you want to play Mahjong?Sunday I got to eat dinner with my family for my birthday since my sister was back from Waterloo. The waitress said she would let me get a beer but I said NO! The Xbox Generation

The Original Xbox. Super bulky, super annoying to move around. It was first designed as a console aimed towards adults. Oh how I miss the white and black buttons.... I remember the white button was to speak on Xbox live. If you had small hands, that was pretty much impossible unless you had 3 hands. The first controllers were not greatly designed. And the console was more like a brick than a box.
The Xbox 360. A huge upgrade from the original Xbox. The clean white look made it look awesome. The Xbox button in the middle of the controller was a great addition. Before the console came out I kept wondering what the middle button would be able to do. I kept telling myself "maybe its the ultimate attack button where you can only press it when you get the nuke in Modern Warfare!"The Xbox Elite. The console reformatted to end the deadly "Red Ring" curse all Xbox owners are afraid to see. The 120gb harddrive made it much easier to save multiple games without the concern for harddrive space. You can debate whether the white or black looked better but in my opinion they both look sharp.Some call it the Slim, some call it the stealthbox, and other just call it the "new" xbox 360. What ever you call it, its another upgrade. Super quiet with only 1 fan. I can finally hear myself swear on Modern Warfare! I like the nice chrome touch just because I like shinny things. 250gb harddrive. I probably don't need that much space but its always nice to have. It costs just $299 so its the same as the Elite before.

The Xbox systems pretty much brought me up as a kid. I would play it for hours and it is probably the reason why I did terrible in grade school. I love it.

For those who missed the earthquake today, its okay it wasn't much. Just imagine if Hao Ming was shaking his leg beside you. That's what it felt like to me. If Canny was here at my work he would shout out "Hao Ming stop shaking your *explicit* leg!!!"

Weekends - Team Punishment

I find I get more accomplished during the weekends because that's the only time I can go out with friends. On Friday I was planning to go straight home after work but Jaime Vincent and Christian called me out to go watch the Jays game that night. We walked around Queen St until the game and it was pretty fun hanging out with my old elementary school friends. We went to so many stores but my favourite would have to be the place with all the Supra shoes. I wanted a purple pair of Supras so badly but it costs $160!! Too much for me ><. The Jays game was decent. Our seats were high up but right behind home plate so we had a good view. After the game we walked around downtown until 12am. I'm sure we would have stayed longer but I wasn't 19 so we couldn't get into any clubs. Sorry guys, just another week and a half! When we Go bussed back to Unionville I had 2 choices, either crash over at Jaime's house or jog back home at night. I jogged... but it wasn't raining so I'm grateful for that.

Saturday was a bit of a fail. I suited up for dinner. Go a text from Eva saying dinner was canceled. Then I suited down >__<. With something bad, comes something good. Since Eva's dinner didn't work out we went to Gary Chan's place to drink and party a bit.

He said it was a late bday thing for Canny and an early bday thing for me but it was more to just hang out with friends. Plus, beer pong is always fun. "1, 2, 3... PUNISHMENT!" - Team Punishment

I barely slept that night because I got back home at 8am. But Jonathan got it worse. He had work at 10am. That's why Jonathan, you are the BAMF of the day. I would have just called in sick but you took it like a man and went to work.

Move over George Bush, there's a new republican embarrassment in town. Well, she's not exactly new, but I think her recent events just reveals how retarded she actually is. Sarah Palin was blaming the Obama government for using the oil spill to raise energy prices. Yes, that is true I agree with her, for once... But then she gets asked what she would do to stop the BP oil spill, and she said "nothing, absolutely nothing." Really Sarah?? Is thats your final answer? Then later she goes on Twitter and tweets "'Drill, baby, drill' now made more sense than ever." Oh God.... some one put a cork in her mouth!

Sarah Palin is worse than the fat kid who gets picked last in gym class. At least that kid can kick a simple ball in the right direction. Sarah Palin is just causing damage to her own image and the reputation of the republicans that its like shes scoring into her own net. Oh well, its not like I mind it. Sometimes watching the fat kid in gym class play ball is funny.

The Waterloo Roid-rriors (2)

Most people have now heard about University of Waterloo’s decision to shut down its football program due to a steroid scandal involving 9 of the 62 players on the team. Its tough to take this information in because you hear about steroid uses in the MLB or NFL but for young adults (18-22) to use them in university play is simply too much. Yes, its competitive college football but is it THAT competitive that players need to use steroids?? Next you will see high school students on the same performance enhancing drugs!

You know what? People might say UW was too tough on their football program by shutting it down for a year but it sends a strong message to the kids out there the harsh punishments for cheating. BUT,even as I say this I can’t deny the fact what the university did is unfair. 9 students may have tested positive for steroid abuse but 52 didn’t. Where are those kids going to go now? They could transfer right? Sadly, many of them can not because of Waterloo’s unique specialized programs where most of their credits can not be transferred over to other schools.

The bottom line is in my opinion the University of Waterloo’s decision is unfair to the students who did not test positive for steroids BUT it had to be done. A message had to be sent across the league that Waterloo does not take cheating lightly. It will probably take several years (if they ever) before the University of Waterloo can rebuild its team to its full strength again. I guess only time will tell.

Yay, I’m finally not the “new guy” @ work because today a new person came in. Bad part is he took my desk >__> because he needed training from the guy beside me so I had to move 1 seat over. Alright so last night Canny, Jon, and I went to Puck n Wings to watch UFC 115. We saw a couple also watching the fight in front of us but the girlfriend was falling asleep. Canny said something along the line of "See, this is why girls shouldn't watch UFC." And being the guy I am, I had to disagree and I said "The girlfriend should go watch UFC with her boyfriend." So we both said we would write a short blog on each of our sides. Read them both, leave a comment on whether you agree or disagree =)

Yes, I say girls should watch the UFC with her bf. Why? Its not because I think girls enjoy watching people fight on TV but because I think couples (the guy or the girl) should get involved with their significant other's interests. Do you think boyfriends enjoy going shopping to carry their girlfriend's newly bought clothes? Probably not... but they do it for their gf and for the relationship to spend time with each other. And this goes both ways. The girlfriend was obviously bored watching the UFC fight but I found it really sweet how she went with her bf even if she knew it would be so boring. In my opinion, doing things to please your significant other is what a relationship is all about and this is why I think gfs should watch UFC fights with her bf if that's what he is interested in.

Now, in saying this, I just wanted to state I'm not going to force my future girlfriend to watch the UFC with me. If she really dislikes the violence, I will respect that and understand that the UFC isn't for everybody. All I'm saying is girls should go to simply spend time with her boyfriend.

Its a shame Team Canada isn't in the World Cup because we would have the advantage of playing on Canadian soil. No joke, the grass that's going to be in Johannesburg and at dozens of other practice fields in South Africa was grown in Winnipeg Manitoba.

So enough about Team Canada, or the lack of it. Lets talk about USA vs. England on June 12th (this Saturday). There are many Canadians who are cheering on Team 'Not USA', where they just don't want to see the Americans winning. But hey, who cares! Maybe if we didn't win the gold medal game during the Olympics I would still be bitter against our rivals.

Just like the entire World Cup, I honestly don't care who takes this game or the tournament. First, I'm not a huge soccer fan, actually, I'm not even close to one. Second, I just want to watch strong teams face one another in competitive matches.

I remember on Friday Haoming put on his msn name "Slept for 14 hours and still feeling tired @_@" Like, are you kidding me? I slept for 5, went to work for 10, came back and went to the gym for a couple of hours! RAWR! I think I've learned to appreciate the weekends much more because work is tiring... I love it, its just I hate waking up at 6:30am

On Friday I met the two bosses of my company, Don and Debra. I was actually excited to meet them because Debra is the one who gave me my job and I made sure she knew I appreciated it. Don was at his desk playing with his iPad and I wanted to ask if I could see it but yeah... that would be so unprofessional and probably a bit weird so I wisely decided not to ask haha.

Saturday Afternoon I went to stc to buy more dress shirts for work. At night I went to play pool at mix2. It was so jokes. There was 1 table left and a group of asian guys was in front of Canny and I. Canny zooms passed the fobs and get the last pool table open and all the guys were like "Aww man, wah the fack man!"

You know what I noticed? Canny and I make a great team. Maybe its because we face each other a lot in pool so we know the shots each other can make but I find we both get better when we are on the same team. I think we were undefeated yesterday? Some how it was 2am when we were done playing at the arcade. I think thats the latest I've seen Lisa out haha. Good weekend but its Sunday, meaning its Monday tomorrow >__> Another week of work!

Its the 3rd day of work and maybe I should have posted something earlier but everyday its just been: Getting back home from work at about 8pm, eating dinner, passing out on the couch, waking up at 11pm, check emails/ go on msn, sleep at 12am.

First day of work was pretty exciting. I met the accounting department, the law department, and the HR department. Of course they all seemed very nice, except they are all older than me by decades! Like, I think the 2nd youngest person there is the receptionist and she's 26. I remember the first day she asked me "Hey, so did you just graduate?" I'm like "I just finished first year university =)" Then she gave me this weird look O__o because I'm guessing she thought I graduated university. Do I look that old?? I hope not!

Second day of work was a lot worse. I had to walk to union from my work which is about a 15 minute walk. It was raining, but I had an umbrella. Problem solved right? NO ! Stupid puddles on the streets + cars zooming by me = Richard soaked on the sidewalk. It was like getting hit by the Timberwolf Falls ride at Wonderland. Also, the last train leaves Union at 6:30pm and I literally just made it. I had two choices: 1) Jump on the train with outtime stamping my ticket and risk getting caught 2) Time stamp my ticket but not make it on the train. I chose the first one and was praying they didn't check. They checked.... I was just like crappppp. I told them the truth and how I just made it and that it was my first day of work (it was actually my second though har har). The lady gave me a warning. PHEW!

I would add pictures in this blog but it would just be weird if I took out my camera and I take pictures of everything at work. Plus, my company deals with confidential information about other companies so I'm sure my boss wouldn't be happy with me taking pictures.

I walked to Chinatown and ate pho today during lunch. Yum.

Oh yeah, I'm very excited for tomorrow because its casual Friday and I sort of ran out of dress shirts.... ha ha... I need to go shopping this weekend and get more formal wear ><

Kim Kardashian and Tyra Banks wore the same dress down the red carpet last Friday and it made me think. Is it really THAT big of a deal to wear the same thing as another person?I guess the obvious answer is 'Yes'. But in my opinion, there are different levels of how big of a deal wearing the same clothes actually is.

For example, I remember Hao Ming (a friend) wore the same shirt as Mr. Soraine (my math teacher) and that was probably one of the funniest things I've ever seen. This is one of the worst cases since I'm sure it was embarassing for Hao Ming to wear the same shirt as our teacher. Or maybe it was more embarassing for our math teacher for wearing the same shirt as Hao Ming.... Point is no one benefited from this moment, except for Canny and I, the only two people who noticed the shirts.

I guess the least embarassing time to wear the same thing as someone else would be at a sports event. Well duh, sports Jerseys? It would be retarded if 2 people got mad at each other because they wore the same 'Bosh' jersey at a Raptors game.

Simply said, please avoid wearing the same thing as your friends when you go out. And this goes double for girls because we all know girls are 10x more concerning about their clothes than us guys.

Ps. In my opinion, I think Tyra rocked the gown better than Kim.

Any one who watches an episode will probably think "What the heck" because I'll admit most episodes are just about fighting and trash talking. Fun night last night, I got home in one piece, thats all that matters. Thanks you Christian for driving me home because I'm 99% sure you did. Let me tell you guys how cool Christian is. We used to be such close friends through out elementary school and we maybe hung out a total or 10 times in the past 5 years (just because I went to a different highschool and uni) and he took care of me last night. Childhood friends ftw. Christian = Bamf of the day.

What happened to just playing with fireworks?? I did not come prepared for drinking X__X If I knew I would have tried a trick my cousin taught me so I could drink more har har. I learned something about myself, I don't mix well with tequila. No more of that stuff!

So Let me tell you the situation. It was my friends birthday party last night, I literally haven't seen her since elementary school (grade 8) and I totally embarrass myself >_> Great... OH WELL!

UFC 114: Rampage vs. Evans

The long awaited grudge match between Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and Rashad Evans is finally set. One of my first blog posts were about Rampage leaving the UFC to follow his acting career in "The A-Team" and after half a year of waiting, us fans can finally watch the much anticipated fight.

I hope I don't hype this fight too much because as part of Greg Jackson's camp you just know Rashad will come out with a great game plan. And unfortunately the best tactic for him would be to use his wrestling background to take the fight to the ground and keep Rampage off-balance. Jackson has great takedown defense but with him being out of the cage for so long, I hope I don't see any ring rust.

I'm routing for Rampage because I want to see a Shogun vs. Jackson fight. It'll be like old times in Pride! But sorry Rampage, I see Rashad being the more complete fighter and that will be your downfall.

Wenlock and Mandeville

Welcome to the new mascots of the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. Their names are Wenlock and Mandeville (I don't know which one is which)These figures look like Sauron, you know, that big eye thing in the movie "Lord of the Rings". Oh yeah, and the one of the left looks like its wearing an oven mitt.

I don't even know what to think of the mascots. Homer's "Springy" mascot is 10x better than these things.The Olympics commission said focus groups of children helped form the designs of the mascots, which completes the puzzle. It does look like something a bunch of kids would create as a class project. It's like Wenlock and Mandeville were pieced together from every child's suggestion. "They should have one eye!" "It'd be cool if they did karate!" "Make them fly!" It reminds me of the time the Simpsons created "Funzo" the Christmas toy and they asked all the kids to create it.After looking at the mascot picture I'm proud Canadian's had the Quatchi as its mascot for the 2010 games.

Simply said, the best Survivor player of all time is Russell Hantz. Thats debatable, I understand, but to even consider Sandra as the best of all time because she is the only player to win the game twice is the most ridiculous statement I've ever heard.

Sandra has never won individual immunity which means she has no physical game. Her ONLY strategy this season was to take out Russell and guess what? She failed at that because Russell made it to the top 3! Meaning she has no social/strategic game. She made it so we autovote for her when we click her link on her facebook page >___>. Thats pretty smart and unfair.

Its been too long since I had a workout like today. I go to the gym at Laurier but with no one with me I don't push myself enough. I can safely say by going with Canny I probably work 5x as hard. 3rd day in a row going to YMCA and my legs are gone. We should receive a medal for biking up Kennedy Rd, its the most steep street ever X__X.

Gym again tomorrow? Yeah probably. But PLEASE no biking...:'( My quads are begging for a ride.

Iron Man 2

*WARNING, contains spoilers*Ladies, you fight over Edward or Jacob for Twilight. Guys, we choose either Iron Man or War Machine. In my opinion, War Machine's gatlin gun just makes him the better man.

Hao ming told me Iron Man 2 was not a great movie. I am now wondering what the heck did he watch?? I thought Iron Man 2 was awesome, perhaps not as great as the first one but that goes with all sequels. Okay fine, I'll agree they defeated whiplash in a matter of seconds but the overall movie had tons of explosions (which is always the case for sequels).

After the movie was over half the people left. There was probably only 50 people in the theater. Like SERIOUSLY! Iron Man 1, there was something after the credits! Hulk, there was something after the credits! OF COURSE there will be something after these credits too! The whole time I was telling myself Captain America will appear in the end after the credits. But wow, Thor? Never expected him to come so soon.

P.s. Its a bit sad, I was the only one who knew the metal piece Tony Stark put under the pipe belonged to Captain America. As a kid I watched the Avengers and the Justice League every Saturday morning and I also remember I would have / wear all the superhero shirts. Come to think of it, I was pretty much a Marvel + Capcom nerd. But now I'm glad to have been one because I actually understand who Nick Fury is and who are probably the characters who will be in the Avengers movie. Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Hulk, Black Widow, War Machine.

Daley's sucker punch

Paul Daley, one of the top 170s in the world, was cut by Dana White after he threw a sucker punch to Josh Koscheck after their fight at UFC 113.

UWAC day 2 + 3 (Heyy, heyy, heyy)

Its Sunday night and I'm not going to lie, I'm super tired but the sleep in the car ride home helped.

UWAC day 2 was better than the first day just because I think I met much more people at the socials + the dance + semiformal + the presentation + creampoloy. There was the case competitions which I simply loved. Sadly, I think the presentation was my favourite part of the conference because I like working under pressure in an advisory role. I know, I'm pretty nerdy for ENJOYING the case, but then again, most of the people who went to UWAC are the students who take initiative and like to get involved.

Jenny, creamoploy = the most confusing game ever!! BUT I would love to play again because now that I understand the game, I also know the strategies to win. I don't know how you invented this game, you're so creative!

UWAC-2010!!!

At the dinner I sat beside a former co-chair. He was the one who picked my sister onto the UWAC team so like wow... Plus his name was also Richard which makes him automatically awesome haha. I talked to him about university and co-op but some how it ended up to be about UFC again haha. We were talking about my trip to Montreal this weekend. Honestly it was great talking to him just because I find MMA fans were a small breed at this conference.

The dance was decent. Alright it was a Waterloo dance so OF COURSE its not like Laurier's but thats because Laurier people are really open (and white) so their dances are usually better. In saying that, the dance was fun but I don't know if I'm saying that because of the alcohol consumption ha...ha.....

After the dance I was lucky enough to party with the UWAC execs (the benefit of being the co-chair's brother muhaha). Christine even bought me alcohol which I did find surprising but was very happy about it =). After people were done drinking I was the garbageman. Does that mean I cleaned up? Helllll no! It meant I finished the liquor in all the bottles! It was about a cup of different vodkas mixed together. What I was really shocked was I shared some with Olivia. These were hard liquors and I assume she does not drink much. Shes so cool, fun to have at a party for sure.

So yeah, that was day 2. Jenny had A LOT of fun. Right Jenny? haha. Jeffrey drank a bit which I can say is very cool. Small steps!

The final day I was running on lack of sleep (I can't complain because UWAC people got much less than me). Breakfast was so yummy! The entire weekend the food was great. Much much better than I expected and the service right up there with the quality of the food.

Andy Thibodeau is an intersting fellow, very funny. I enjoyed his motivational speech. AND I enjoyed watching the slideshow of the UWAC weekend. Andy was right, the music was truly amazing and fit perfectly with the video. I'm SO shocked they knew the song Bedouin Soundclash - "When the Night Feels My Song".

Best person I talked to all weekend was definitely Mr Greenwood. By the end of the conference he knew my name haha. I talked to him every chance I got because since he was in the power business he would have a lot of insight on social responsibily which I'm really interested in. Hope he had a good flight back to Hong Kong. SPEAKING of HK.... It seems like everyone is going back, cough* Jenny... Lucky!!!

UWAC was great I'll probably go one more time, maybe when I'm in 3rd year. For those who actually read these longg blogs about UWAC: Wow you have a lot of time and I will go back to talk about global issues, UFC, and maybe a bit about my life.

Day one of UWAC

Wow, I have a lot to talk about for the first day of UWAC. This blog will probably be really boring but this one is more for me logging my experience at UWAC. Its an accounting conference people, you didn't expect it to be THAT interesting to read did you??

Woke up at 6am (slept at about 3:30am). It was so funny/ awkward. I asked my sister if her washroom was free for me to brush my teeth and she told me yes so I walked in her room. Thats when I awkwardly met her friend for the first time...I'll leave it at that. <--- Jenny, you're the only one who knows that joke so SHH!

We get to the hotel at 7am and I helped the UWAC team by carrying their giftbags to the lobby. Aren't I the best delegate ever? Anyways, so I didn't have to go register until 10am so I took the longest shower I've ever had in the hotel room but that was only 40minutes long (I'm a guy, 40 minutes in the shower is a lifetime). I found it very funny how the UWAC team was all dressed up and I was in my casual clothes but after I showered and went downstairs I was fully suited up, Barney Stinson would be proud!

I registered at 9am where I was one of the earilest people, which meant I got to talk to all the early delegates. I'm really glad I didn't know any delegates at UWAC because that meant I got to truly mingle with fellow CA prospects. I definitely sharpened my networking skills today and I'm really proud of that. I got out of my comfort zone which is a good thing.

I met many interesting people today from BC all the way to Nova Scotia! UWAC was so diverse the year!! Every university that has a decent business program had someone represent them. I'm just going to name the schools I remember seeing people from: Waterloo, Laurier, Bishop, Simon Fraser, University of British Columbia, University of Alberta, Queens, Ryerson's Ted Rogers, UofT sg, UofT sc, UofT m, Schulich, McGill, UOIT, University of Nova Scotia, Brock. There was maybe one or two more schools but thats all I can remember.

I was SO hungry at times but I had to fight through the tiredness and keep meeting / talk with other people. I talked to Mr.Greenwood and had a great talk with him. We talked about his company's social responsibility and what his perspective is about different issues. I also talked to him about the most important asset on any resume to get a co-op. He was extremely helpful, I hope I get to talk to him tomorrow, I have another topic I want to discuss with him.

COOL -->At the dinner I was sitting with other delegates + Jenny + a man named Jay Chai. Let me just say great dinner, so yummy. The funny thing is Jay and I started talking about UFC and our perspectives of the Machida/Shogun fight and who we thought was the pound for pound best in MMA. We talked about the Raptors, Jays, so pretty much all sports. I later tell that to my sister and she tells me he's a senior executive at Deloitte (One of the biggest accounting firms in the world) and he is some one I should get to know if I ever want to work at Deloitte. I'm like wow.... I just had a MMA conversation with a senior executive, he was so cool!!

After there was a casino night. WOW great way to end the night!!! Canny, I know you would of had so much fun playing poker here because it was against other students and even some business executives! I did pretty well. Jenny, you were the hardest working dealer! And you were a pretty damn good dealer too, good job. Jeffrey, I'm sorry... I can't say the same to you because I didn't win big when I played blackjack at your table. I think Olivia is very very cool, she busted a lot which is why I went to her table =) I kid I kid, she just got unlucky a few times, she does seem like a very fun person to talk to.

Okay so that's day 1. Day 2? More work! Hmm.... lets not call it work because I'm starting to like UWAC, its exciting tasks and activities!

I just got in Waterloo today and I'm sitting in the room where all the UWAC people are preparing for the conference tomorrow. I like seeing people SOO stressed while I'm just watching UFC - TUF on my laptop. Jenny and Jeffrey on behalf of my family I would like to say I'm sorry for allowing my sister to yell so much O__O. Does she always yell like this? My childhood memories are coming back to when she used to yell at me every day. They probably only have 10 hours of sleep in the past 4 days, I feel a bit bad. At 8pm, after I went out to dinner with my dad, I came home to fix my laptop. I had to take it apart to fix the fan but when I tried turning it on after I thought I fixed it the screen didn't work. I tried to find the problem and I just fixed it, at 2am X__X. 6 hours of trying to fix my laptop + blisters on my fingers from the screwdriver, it was worth it because it works now! I was planning to pack up for the UWAC conference today but I guess I'll do that when I wake up. Jenny and Jeffrey make sure I'm not too bored this weekend! Back in Markham

Finally back in Markham. A day of playing basketball + frisbee with Jonathan and Canny at Highgate. We threw the frisbee on the roof but it was no problem for Canny to get it down with some PARKOUR!After some sports we thought it was time to get Haoming and you have to check out his new hair. Its like a Taeyang hair cut with a bit of Frank Mir's Jew fro. Poor Haoming he was the first one eliminated every game we played. You can't see it here but Haoming was wearing a leather biker jacket. Nothing wrong with that, I thought it was pretty slick but he is the first person I've seen who tried to pull of a rocker/biker look with a pink shirt. Aldo vs. Faber = best WEC card I've ever seen. Maybe that was why it was on Pay-per-view but all WECs should be for free! Went to Puck n Wings to watch the fight and the wings I got were hot as hell. After a few wings I would drink an entire cup of my sprite and ask for a refill. It was so funny because some of the customers wanted to watch hockey playoffs while some wanted to watch basketball playoffs and of course the majority wanted to watch the fight. Don't go to the bar on a fight night if you don't want to watch the fight!

Farwell first year

Well, I've seen everyone put it on facebook on how they are done exams for the past week and I was extremely jealous. But at least I get to say it now brap brap. The things I'll miss the most are the close friends I've made this year. I'm the type of person who likes to be known to many but friends to few. Probably because I forget someone's name like 5 minutes after I meet them. I probably don't remember the names of half (if not more) the people I've met this year but the good thing is I remember their faces so maybe I'll get lucky and guess their names next year when I see them again.

It was only Shaun and I at my res for the past 2 days and Shaun left earlier than me today so I was the last one out. What did that mean? It meant I had to play the nice guy and clean up the apartment before I left T_T. Oh well, some one had to do it.It took me about 5 trips outside to get rid of all of this!

The only thing I didn't clean up was Stevie's mess. About a week ago he put a glass bottle in the freezer which cracked (dumbass) so I told him to clean it up. I thought he did until I opened the drawer.Wow, how inconsiderate can someone be??

Ps. I will miss Omar and Shaun, no homo. I will not miss Stevie, he is homo.

Dumb action of the Day
Today's dumb action winner goes to a man at Toronto's Pearson International Airport. Alarm bells were set off when he tried walking through security — specifically a series of concealed metal plates and batteries were in his shoes. The man was detained, taken to a nearby police station and questioned for five hours. The incident drew the interest of Peel Regional Police, the RCMP and INSET, Canada's integrated national security enforcement team.

But instead of concealing bomb-making equipment, police said the man was simply trying to appear taller. He used a series of batteries and plates to make himself appear taller. Essentially, they were homemade lifts.

How bad economic times are we in that we need to make homemade lifts?! Going to the airport with batteries and metal parts in your shoe is like walking into a bank with a money bag sign, you just know something bad is going to happen. And for that reason, this is the dumb action of the day.

I use my cellphone as my alarm clock so when I was about to sleep at 1:00am I looked all around my house for it. Then after 5 minutes of flipping my room upside down I decided to call my phone to see where it was. I faintly hear my cellphone ring near my garage so I opened it. Then I finally remembered I played basketball with Jonathan that day and I brought my cellphone outside.Yes, I left it outside for 7 hours. Its a good thing I don't live in Scarborough, that thing would have gotten stolen within a few seconds there.

Let me just say I believe Strikeforce will one day become bankrupt for its lack of marketing strategy, but until then, it is still a decent alternative to the UFC. Oh and let me clear this up because I talk about mixed martial arts quite often and not everyone understands.

On Monday April 12, 2010 EC140 at Wilfrid Laurier University had its final exam. Yes it was a bit difficult I guess but I didn't find it as a super killer exam, perhaps a bit unfair though. I went on our economics website where students can post on the forums and I died laughing at this.

I've always believed in the philosophy of hard work will result with success in life. Of course I'm not naive and I know not everything falls into this category.

Like many of you in university I've been doing nothing but study for finals for the past week. Most of my roommates have been doing so too except for one gay exception, figurative and literal meaning intended. In my opinion some people are 'naturally' more book smart than other people, and other people work harder in school to close the disadvantage gap.

I say this because I'm wondering if Stevie (Jenny's nickname for him) is naturally smart. Now that exams are here he does nothing but play his ps2. He plays it from morning until he sleeps, no exaggeration because he even plays when I want to watch the Raptor games. I've never seen him with a textbook in hand for the entire year so is he naturally smart? He left his assignment on the table once and I opened it. He got 13/15, not bad right? Its a 87% He must be naturally smart! But then I flipped the rubric and saw what the assignment was... His assignment was to draw and colour Ontario. What The Heck..... What kind of program is he in?? I did tougher assignments in elementary school!

And people wonder why us BBA students think we are better than the rest of the school...

I guess what I'm getting at here is some people (like Stevie) do nothing in life and get away with it. It will catch up with him (Because he's not even in a professional program! And I know in 10 years I'll be in my executive office while he is still drawing pictures of Canada). So just thought this story will motivate you or at least make you laugh. Silva vs. Maia
The man known as the best pound for pound vs. arguably the best jiu-jitsu practitioner in the the world. Although Maia has the sickest BJJ in the UFC I have to congratulate the the New Jersey fans who boo.ed GSP at UFC 111. (I hate when the crowd boo.s at a UFC fight when someone is using BJJ, stupid rednecks, this is mixed martial arts not street fighting 101). I doubt Silva will allow this fight to touch the ground and even if it does I don't see Maia being able to hold him down for long. I hope this fight goes better than the Thales Leites failure. I see Anderson winning the belt but I say its going to go to the judges sadly.

Penn vs. Edgar
A closer fight than the other title match but its tough to go against BJ Penn. One of the best lightweight champions of all time has great boxing backed up with amazing takedown defense. Oh yeah, did I mention, his BJJ is incredible too. I'm a fan of Franky Edgar because he was an underdog for so many of his fights and who doesn't love to cheer on the underdog? A lot of people have this fight going to BJ but I like Edgar's match up to Penn. Could we see a new LW champion? If we do, Franky Edgar would be the one to dethrone the champ.

Hughes vs. Gracie
I love Gracie Jiu-Jitsu but GJJ's time has passed. This is the new MMA and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu no longer has the same effect as it did when the UFC first started. I give this fight to Matt Hughes hands down.

What the heck is Jassarism? Its the rule of thought you gain after being taught by Mr.Jassar at Milliken Mills High School.

Yes, he may not be the most socialable person nor can you understand a word he says, and yes, his mood swings come from time to time but I'm thankful for being his student on 2 occasions (Grade 11 functions and relations & Grade 12 Calculus). Now that my math course in Laurier is over I can officially say I didn't open my math textbook once. A great deal of this achievement was due to Jassar's will to push us on mathematical problems back in grade 12.

One of the main things I remember from Calculus is Jassar giving us a huge booklet on optimization where every question got more difficult. X__X Man, a lot of people helped me get through those stuff especially Jeffrey and it really paid off now. (<---Thanks Jeffrey)

Congratulations Steve Jobs, your iPad has officially been jailbroken within 24-hours. The iPad has been jailbroken and can currently run an SSH server. The 3.2 firmware still has a number of security holes which allowed the iPhone Dev-Team to break it using the iPhone 3.1.3 hack.

I don't intend to buy the iPad just because my current lifestyle doesn't require an iPhone on steroids, but if I did want one I still wouldn't purchase it now. The current owners are pretty much beta testing it for the world, and on top of that, it doesn't even have 3G capabilities yet! Talk about a lack of technology in a revolutionary device! What I would like to see the next generation have is a webcam on the top of its screen so people can Skype with it. I see that being much more useful in the modern life (and plus everything is better with a camera attached to it).

P.s. Jaime, you're the only person I know who would even consider purchasing the iPad now. I hope you get it so I can come over to check it out.

Kim Po Vietnamese Cuisine is located at 58 Redlea Ave which is right across from Pacific Mall at Kennedy Rd and Steeles Ave. My dad kept telling me he wanted to take me there to try because he thought it was the best pho place in the area. Location wise I couldn't agree more. It's extremely conventent for me to eat there since I live so close to Pacific Mall.

One thing I would change is the building size. The restaurant is always filled because its quite small. I don't even think there is a washroom for the customers (not too sure, never checked). Parking is difficult with only a few limited spaces all the time. The building may have a few problems but as of the location itself, its perfect.Taste: 4.5/5
The unique quality this restaurant brings is its soup. Most pho restaurant's soup taste decent but you know its filled with MSG. Kim Po's soup is a healthier choice and I actually feel like drinking it while eating my noddles. To not ruin the soup I never put a drop of sweet sauce in the actual soup so I can drink some of it at the end.

The beef is always fresh and they add plenty of tripe which I appreciate. They also give huge pieces of lime which I know sounds like a small factor but I love adding lime to my soup and its the attention to detail this restaurant brings that makes it the best around.

Value: 3.5/5
The large Beef and Tripe noodle soup was $6.85 before tax which is the normal rate. Nothing too special about the price. In my opinion Pho88's XL is bigger than Kim Po's XL but its about quality not quantity!

Verdict: 4 Chuck Norris cards out of 5
Kim Po is the only Vietnamese restaurant I know that is not owned by a Chinese family. Actual Viet people owning a Viet cuisine, yeah I know, shocking. Great experieces there with my dad last week and this week with Canny, Jonathan, and Haoming. For its location and quality of soup, Kim Po gets 4 Chuck Norris cards out of 5.

Toronto Marlies

There may be no Dion Phaneuf but Marlies games are still fun to watch. Unfortunately we ran into a Ryan Miller like goalie on the Manitoba Moose team tonight. But at least we didn't get shutout! This game reminds me when I was on the varsity baseball team. The other team would be owning us and they would have a no-hitter against us but somehow every game we score at least one run in the bottom of the last inning.
A hockey game just isn't the same without a bit of fighting. The videos a bit short because the fight came out of no where and it took a while to get the camera out.We had the lounge seats at the top which was a great view and the food was super yummy (yes thats right, it was so good I used the term 'yummy').One thing that was not great was the beer. Hockey and beer go hand-in-hand but this was the most nasty beer I've ever drank. It tasted like heineken but a whole lot worse after taste. Jonathan and I couldn't even finish our cans because of the horrible kick it had.We may have lost 3-1 tonight but I thought the night went pretty well. I needed a night like this for a while. Overall, great game.

I walked past the parking lot when I was going to my class today and saw every other car with a balloon taped to the wheel so when the driver backs up the balloon will pop and the driver will think they blew a tire.

Prank gone wrong: My friend told me these girls filled a garbage can with water and leaned it against his door, then knocked on the door, and when he opened it the water spilled everywhere on his floor. I guess this prank is a bit over the line but the most funny part is his Xbox was on the ground! (Maybe not so funny for him)

Undergraduates vs. The 12year old

Throughout the year my psychology professor mentioned how his daughter was extremely gifted. Shes 12, meaning she is in grade 8 going into high school next year. One day she asked her dad if she can write our midterm exam and his response was "Of course but if you do I want you to actually work hard on it and study for it." Surprisingly she passed all 4 tests which I found to be amazing because psychology is no easy course. I find it especially difficult just because I'm a BBA student and I'm used to balance sheets and cashflow statements instead of biological terms such as Valium, Xanax, and Buspar. Whats even more shocking is his daughter, the 12 year old girl, beat about half the class on our last midterm. Its either we didn't study hard enough or this girl is studying too much.

I guess my prof told us this story because he wanted to motivate the class. Who the heck wants to remember psychology as the class a 12 year old girl beat them on the final exam? I know that story motivated me to study but when I come to think about it, competing with a grade 8 child is quite depressing. But hey, at least I'm not competing with 5th graders.

Wow I just found out my house back in Markham got broken into today. You know its bad economic times when there are robberies in Markham, that kind of stuff is usually left in scarborough. My mom came home today and found the door pried open. I guess the bright side is nothing seems to have been stolen. My neighbor went outside as they broke in and I guess they got scared and left before they had any time to take anything. (Go neighbors!) There are two ways I can look at this.

1) Its horrible that my house got broken into, or
2) My family is very fortunate nothing seems to have been taken, but more importantly no one was home at the time

Like, if a guy meets a girl and he really likes talking to her daily and he is always the one msging her first. When does it get to the point where he msges her too much? Of course if the girl likes the guy she wouldn't mind him msging her but imagine she doesn't him and his msges become annoying.

I have some friends where I usually send the first msg but I never care just because we are such good friends and I know they don't mind talking to me (I hope). This is because we are such good friends now but I thought about when we just met. I'm sure we didn't talk so much and I would feel weird always sending the first msg on msn.

I guess I've found myself in this situation plenty of times (maybe not to an extreme extent). Of course you can comment on what you think on this situation, I would love to hear other people's opinions, but I wrote this blog more as a general issue I run into from time to time.

Don't get my shoes dirty

Its funny how Laurier can completely change within a day or two. On Wednesday literally where ever you walked everyone was wearing green. And I don't mean just a green shirt, a lot of people were wearing green shirts, hats, pants, and some people even had green shoes. I was walking to my business class at 1pm and people were already drinking, I personally don't like drinking that early but these people are hardcore.The next day you can see green clothing everywhere. With broken bottles on the ground and even a random chair on the street.Today (March 19th) was open house day where all these high school kids with their families were walking around campus. They reminded me how I felt last year without knowing where to go for my post secondary education. If I had to describe Wilfrid Laurier in one word is would be 'community' because when there is an event at the school everybody makes sure the campus is looks completely clean.

The top pound for pound fighters

Since there are so many big fights involving top P4P in the next month I want to list my top 10 pound for pound fighters before the bouts. One of the easiest ways to get into an argument with a MMA fan is trying to list the best fighters in the world. Here is my view on them.

1) Anderson Silva
2) Fedor Emelianenko
3) Georges St-Pierre
4) BJ Penn
5) Jose Aldo
6) Lyoto Machida
7) Mauricio Rua
8) Gegard Mousasi
9) Dominick Cruiz
10) Dan Henderson

I know my cousin thought Shinya Aoki belonged in that list, and maybe he should be, but I need to see more of his fights before I can do that. Maybe he should leave Dream so North Americans can view how good he is.

Some people might disagree and say Rua > Machida but its tough to argue when Machida is still the champion, for now... (May 8th UFC 113 in Montreal! Brap Brap*)

I think this is a solid list, who knows, this list may dramatically change within the next 6 weeks. I originally had Brian Bowles in the mix but of course after his loss at WEC 47 I had to take him out.

Almost 5: 30 am and I am finally back from my business meeting where we took all night to finish the final report. Nothing feels better than to walk across campus at night while its raining (sarcasm). I saw people in the business building still working and they didn't look tired at all as if they do this all the time. Is that my life in the years to come? I hope not.

Fun night, but its not over, I have to fix up my resume and make a cover letter for a job interview X__X I'm so tired but I have to capitalize on this opportunity, I'll feel so bad if Terry got me an interview and I didn't do my best. I'm doubting myself because I heard the interviews are already starting and I'm JUST giving my resume now, sigh* Whether I get the Junior Accounting Analyst position or not I'm glad I got to fix up my resume. My sister and her friend completely demolished it which made me feel so bad but after looking at it now it looks ownage compared to before.

*I know this blog isn't really a formal one where I talk about more interesting stuff and add pictures but cut me some slack >< I'm running on little to no sleep and its 5:30am + I have a class at 9:30am + another meeting tonight from 9pm-12am + a midterm Wednesday + a midterm Thursday + the presentation to the 30 page report we finished today is on Thursday. I can't wait until this week is over!!! Then at least I will get a small break until finals. Too bad St Pattys day is this week, I wish it was the next week! OKAY back to work.*

I think I'll sleep after my business class ends at 2:30pm. Let me put my Monster in the fridge so I can drink it during my classes.

Well that was embarrassing

Last night I stayed up late studying for psychology so I was planning to skip my Friday classes but a part of me felt bad for always skipping them so I set my alarm for the morning. Somehow I woke up for math but I was so tired I fell asleep during the lecture which isn't too embarrassing, who hasn't slept during a lecture before? What was embarrassing was when I woke up I was in the next class. My math lecture was over and apparently I was in the anthropology class which is in the same lecture hall. That was embarrassing...

I just found out from Xin today the house we got for next year isn't going to happen because one person didn't pay the full amount so the owner found another group of people. I'm not mad or anything even if I liked the house a lot, it wasn't even his fault. This means back to finding a house before the end of the term.

Its going to be another long day with the meeting with my new venture team. We need to get the report done by today so we can start preparing for our presentation!

The last time I saw Dennis (Truong) he was saying how he was leaving to record a remix with J.Reyez with the song "Wedding Dress" and I honestly thought he was joking. I didn't know he knew who Taeyang was so of course I laughed but he wasn't joking! I do think the original is better but non the less its an awesome remix. Here is J.Reyez' new remix with Tommy C.

I said the original song was better but after listening to this song a few times I have to say this is the best remix I've heard and I like the rap J.Reyez puts in during verse 3. Great lyrics.

So Jenny, Allan, (Sorry if I left out your name but these are two of the biggest Taeyang fans I know) and other Taeyang/J.Reyez fans what do you guys think about this remix?
