Rampage back in UFC?

Is Rampage coming back to the UFC already? Seems like just yesterday the stories of him leaving the UFC came running out. Its not anything for certain but Rampage posted saying he wants to come back to shut Dana's mouth and to prove to all the haters that hes not scared of Rashad Evans or even Titties. I think its stupid for people to call the former Pride and UFC champion scared of an opponent, he deserves more respect. He still loves the sport and Rampage's return is great news for a MMA fan like me. The match up against Evans probably won't come until spring because Rashad is already fighting Thiago Silva at UFC 108 on January 2nd 2010. I just hope the fight will end up happening one way or another because I want to see one of them get knocked out! (preferably Rashad)

Finally back

Hey guys I thought I was going to fight the few weeks of this term by staying at Laurier but I went home this weekend. Which was pretty good because I finally went to visit my long time friend Bianca at UofT St.George. It was 2 years since I last saw that Jersey girl! Good thing I went home a day early because she went back to New Jersey that night.

After I went to Eatons with Bianca I was heading home when someone jumped onto the subway platform >_>. So what did I do? I went to visit Lisa at Ryerson and hung out with her until she was done her physics project, good thing I brought my business textbook to work on.

Had a family dinner which is always great. And I WAS going to go on vacation with 3 of my cousins (so that makes 4 of us) after exams but the trip we wanted to go on only had 3 seats left.... (that was truly gay). Oh well! Maybe next time.

Played pool with Canny on my last day in Markham.

I'm now back at my res and Omar and Thomas are still at home probably because their exams don't start any time soon. So its just me and Shaun holding down the fort! (<- What a gay line)

I wish I had some photos to post with this blog for you guys but I didn't have my camera the entire weekend so next time I'll add pictures!

Dan Henderson Signs With Strikeforce

All I have is just one question.... Why Dan why? 90% of the best fighters in the world are in the UFC so why would you sign with Strikeforce? I have nothing personal against Strikeforce and I'm not going to bash it (unlike Dana White) but how many exciting fights can you have with them? I can see you facing the light heavyweight champ Gegard Mousasi or the middle weight champ Jake Shields but thats about it. You left the UFC because you thought you weren't getting paid enough and probably because they gave the title shot to Vitor Belfort. You made $350,000 from UFC 100 alone, can Strikeforce really match that salary? With so many questions, the MMA world is waiting for answers.

Jarrett Jack ties his shoelace

Imagine you're playing a game of basketball and you have possession of the ball, but suddenly you notice your shoelace is untied! What do you do? Do you pass the ball to another player? Do you ignore it and play on? Apparently if you ask Jarrett Jack you simply retie it while having the ball tucked under your arm.What was truly stunning is the Bulls players did nothing. They didn't even attempt a steal. I think this was the most confused play of Luol Deng's life.

The Ultimate Fighter 10

The fight I want to see the most during the finale isn't even the main event with Hamill vs Jones or even the co-mainevent with Roy "Big Country" Nelson vs Brendan Schaub. I'm going to say Big Country wins it (sorry Dennis I know Brendans your boy).Let me just say I called Marcus "The Darkness" Jones being one of the last fighters standing at the beginning of the show and he was the last "soldier" for Rampage. I hope he rips Matt "The Rat" Mitrione's arms off! I'll respect the fact Mitrione can throw a punch but he punches like a sloth!

I'm a huge fan of Kimbo and I'm not going to lie and say I think hes a great MMA fighter but I can honestly say he has a chance against Houston Alexander. Houston has a couple of big quick knockouts against some of the bigget names in the UFC but other than that, he hasn't done much. If some one does not get knocked out in this fight I'm going to be extremely disappointed.

Over all it was a decent TUF season but why the heck did Rampage leave the UFC?! I've waited the entire season for those two to fight each other and it won't happen any time soon (if it will ever happen at all)! Look at how excited Joe Rogan looks. One thing I'll miss is all the jokes about Titties. And I'll end off by saying Rashad.... you're not funny so stop trying to make jokes on the show, no one is laughing.
